PaySEC Terms and Conditions

PaySEC is an escrow payment option that acts in securing the money transfer between a seller and a buyer

PaySEC does not set the terms of payment, cancellation, and refunds in regard to the travel arrangements being conducted between the seller and the buyer.

Payments for travel arrangements

All Payment terms and conditions set by the seller must be adhered to by the buyer, these payments must be processed into the PaySEC secured account on the due date set by the seller.

Notifications of these payments will be sent to the appropriate seller once payment has been made into the PaySEC secured transaction.

Notification of Payment

PaySEC will notify buyer once the payment has been received into the PaySEC secured transaction account. This will satisfy the payment terms set by the seller and secure the travel arrangement.

PaySEC will also notify the buyer once the payment has been forwarded to the seller at the completion of travel, travel commencement and completion dates are set according to the travel itinerary.

Cancellation of travel arrangements

All cancellation and refunds policies applied by the seller will be upheld. PaySEC will not withhold a payments from seller on the basis of a dispute between a buyer and a seller.

PaySEC will only withhold payment from a seller if the seller is no longer operating or has made clear that they no longer intend on operating the business.  PaySEC may also withhold payment from a seller if the buyer provides clear evidence that the service was not provider in its entirety.

Refunds of travel arrangements

PaySEC will not act on behalf of the buyer in refund disputes with seller. This should be conducted directly with the seller.

If PaySEC withholds payment from seller in regard to the above set conditions, PaySEC will refund these funds to the buyer.

Disputers

PaySEC has a duty of care and responsibility for both buyer and seller and will act appropriately to manage any disputes that may arise.

All disputes must first be attempted to be resolved between buyer and seller prior to contacting PaySEC.
